PRAY FOR #MH17

MH17 was a scheduled international passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that crashed on 17 July 2014. It is believed to have been shot down with a BUK from a location held by pro-Russian rebels near Hrabove in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, about 40 km from the Ukraine–Russia border.

All 283 passengers and 15 Malaysian crew died. Over two-thirds of the passengers were from the Netherlands. The nationalities are noted in the table to the right. The nationalities released by the airline are noted in the second column, while the third column indicates people that had citizenship in a certain country but were officially assigned another nationality due to dual citizenship.
