Day Trip to Cameron Highlands 05 April 2014 - Part I
Cameron Highlands is about 1500 metres above sea level and situated on the Titiwangsa range and has four main towns (Kampung Raja, Tanah Rata, Tringkap and Brinchang); Annual temperature is about 18 °C (64 °F). During the day, the temperature seldom rises above 25 °C while at night, it can drop to as low as 9 °C.
Exploring Cameron using Simpang Pulai route take less than 90 minutes. The route is straightforward thus making it less dangerous to drive on.
Kampung Raja - Green Garden View
The garden produces their signature brand of 'Avant' chocolate', while also specialising in strawberry-infused food products, including 'Chocoberry' (chocolate-coated strawberries). Inside lies a flower nursery, House of Lavender and strawberry farm that visitors can view after which most proceed to the spacious cafe for snacks and refreshments.
